Long day in the office? Body aching from working 9-5 the past 5 days? Left feeling like you need a bath to sooth those working blues be sure to incorporate these herbs and flowers into your next bath ritual to rejuvenate your body needs!

DANDELION ROOTS

Dandelion roots are great for cleansing and refreshing your skin. It hydrates your skin while gently disposing any unwanted skin cells and bacteria. The roots are also a great source of vitamins. You will leave your bath feeling recharged. Dandelion roots are best mixed with basil!

CHAMOMILE

Chamomile’s has been used for centuries! It’s soothing and sweet aroma is perfect for reducing all the stress gathered up through the day. This flower should be added to your bath if you need relief from insect bites and muscle inflammation. Its anti-inflammatory properties and soothing scent is also perfect for bathing and calming children or babies.
