TIPS TO REDUCE YOUR DARK CIRCLES

Whether it’s in your genetics, you haven’t been sleeping properly or just the natural aging process. At some stage in your life everyone will experience the dreaded dark under eyes! It isn’t something to be ashamed of they are a totally natural part of life that aren’t something to be ashamed of, however, everyone knows that they can be a nuisance and seem to appear the morning before a big night out.

So here are some everyday tips to reduce the appearance of dark circles!


Tip 1 - Sleep… Sleep… Sleep

Ladies! I cannot stress enough how getting enough sleep should eliminate the appearance of dark under eyes along with that dark personality that follows with a sleepless night. Tip 2 – Tea Bags

Keep that tea bag you just put in your tea; it is going to help save you from those dark bags. Tea contains caffeine and antioxidants that can help stimulate blood circulation, shrink blood vessels and reduce liquid retention under the skin. Using black or Green tea bag sit in hot water for 2 - 5 Minutes then remove and place in fridge. Once they’re cold, apply the teabags to your closed eyes for 10 - 20 minutes. After removing, rinse your eyes with cool water.


Tip 3 –H2o

Water plays an import part of all skincare routines. Especially tackling those dark circles. Water not only hydrates the skin but leaves skin glowing when properly nourished.


Tip 4 – Ice It!

To reduce the appearance of dark circles and swelling you need to efficiently drain the blood from your under eyes. This can be done through applying ice or something cold from cucumber slices to a cold compress. This can reduce the appearance of puffiness and help eliminate dark circles. Do this for 20 minutes one eye at a time. Repeat process if needed.
