Peanut Butter Bliss Balls (No Bake)


This recipe is a healthy treat that can replace those quarantine cravings for a protein packed ball of bliss.



Makes: Approx. 15-20 balls

Time: 15 -20 Minutes



Ingredients


· 1 cup quick oats or rice bubbles

· 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

· 1/2 peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

· 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

· 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

· 3 tablespoons Chia seeds or chopped sunflower seeds


Method


1. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter till smooth. Once Smooth mix in the maple syrup or honey till the mixture is a thick paste.

2. Then mix in the oats or rice bubbles until combine. Now add cocoa powder, seeds and coconut. Mix thoroughly.

3. Using your hands, roll into one-inch balls.

4. Place in air-tight container and refrigerate until serving.

Note you can freeze these.
