These overnight oats are a perfect recipe for those who have a lazier start to their mornings. Delicious yet Simple these are the perfect morning meal.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup rolled oats (not instant)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup of Fruit
2 Tbs of Flax or Chia Seeds
1-2 tsp of Stavia or Honey
2 almonds or walnuts
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, soy milk, skim milk or coconut milk
Method:
1. In an old jar, travel mug or thermos mix your milk and oats slowly mixing in your choice of honey or stavia.
2. Stir in your flax or Chia seeds and pour the yogurt on top place in the fridge over night.
3. The follow morning stir the oats. It should be like a thick porridge texture. On the top add nuts and your choice of fruit and you're ready to go!
